The quicker moisture is removed from the space, the less the likely the water damage and restoration process will turn into a mold remediation. The goal is to have you and your loved ones in a safe and dry environment.

We also like to caution that mold growth can occur from any kind of water. And yes, mold can grow from just one water leak. Mold spores develop and spread in the matter of days. It's all about timing.
